Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer at cost. The price you see on the product page is exclusive of shipping. Free shipping option under any promotion scheme for any product will be clearly specified on the product page below the description section.
After agreeing to a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details including estimated shipping costs. Once all quality assurance checks have been performed and checked off, we will attempt to have your device sent by the associated freight provider within five (5) business days; and delivered within fourteen (14) business days (please allow longer for rural areas). An email will be sent to you about the shipping of the device and any shipping details.
Once shipping is completed we will finalise the shipping costs and invoice you for any difference, or refund if required. We will provide the final shipping invoice if requested.

Shipping Costs – International
All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. For all international shipments to selected countries, additional shipping costs will be added to the purchase cost once you’ve selected the destination country. This cost includes shipping insurance and delivery to door and will be at Moonwit’s discretion. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.
Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and return request must be submitted within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
To start a return, you can contact us at Moonwit Returns. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping labels are only be applicable to Australia customers and not to international customers. International customers are responsible to send the product back to Moonwit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of mindWe want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked.
You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.
You are most welcome to talk to our sales staff for any queries before placing an order to make sure that you buy the right product.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RefundsWe will notify you within 5 days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
